What we are looking for

We are looking for casual worker for finance support to help finance partnership team in checking the partner’s financial records and ensure the compliance with regulations and completeness of the supporting documents as per the checklists provided by finance team and also assist in preparation of the monitoring reports that will consist of the observations related to missing documentation if any and the quality improvement areas incase the quality of the documents is not as per the requirements.


Objective


  • Consolidate all financial documentation and database as a good knowledge management and evidence to be shared.
  • Packing of all physical documents in an organized form into the files and carton boxes, preparation of archiving catalogue and storage in the warehouse.
  • Create an electronic record retention and retrieval system for all receipts and payments vouchers and other important financial documents.
  • Undertaking desk review towards partner’s financial reports and document as per required checklist to ensure financial compliance with Oxfam, Donor and local government regulations.

Output


  • Detailed, comprehensive Financial transactions and vouchers documentation physically and electronically for the financial years from 2018 untill present as required by finance Manager
  • Review partner’s financial documents and provide the report as per the guidance and
    timeline given by Finance coordinator for partnerships.
