Head of the Production department on a site, manages 4 autonomous production units.
Create teamwork to achieve the production KPIs
Adapt and develop new product introduction (to have better, faster, safer and lower cost of new project / Product Launch)
Adapt and built up the quality in process.
NVA - Waste elimination.

Responsibilities§ Highlight the main responsibilities
Is responsible of all production (APUs including methods, maintenance and quality)
Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product) during the operations
Ensure that the production schedule planned by the SC&L is respected
Ensure achievement of QCD objectives and is accountable of QCD results e.g Labor (DLE), machine (TRP) productivity, Scrap rate and direct labor cost % of sales with 0-ppm.
To lead the team in the KAIZEN burst activities (thru workshop) upon yearly VSA (Value Stream Analysis)
Drive continuous improvement with the support of the SC&L/VPS cluster of his region
Practice regular OJT on QRQC, Kosu, KTRP, ergonomics, safety, etc
Promote the Valeo 5 axes (PS) in the daily activities of the Plant. Back to basic, back to standard.
Overhead cost control from the production consumables.
Quality built in process: maksure the validation of production start, mid and end. SPC analysis and do action if the trend is diverting to “incapability”. Maksure all process parameters are being followed rigorously.
Support HSE risk hunting, actions to mitigate the risks.
Develop; coach the team to adapt to the new product launch, start from process design.
Personal development plan, succession plan development for the direct reports.
Education/Training
What education and education level are necessary for the position?
Bachelor degree of Engineering from reputable university (Grade-A)
Magister management is preferred.
LEAN-Sigma certified (BackBelt or GreenBelt) preferred.
AK3 General from Indonesia Manpower Office – Preferred.
Internal Auditor of IAITF Certification. - Preferred
ProfessionalExperience
Experienced working in MNC (Multinational Company). Works with global networking.
Automotive industry experienced
The same position for about 3 years.
Experienced to manage about 500 HC
Familiar with Statistical process control and good analytical thinking
Familiar to liaise and manage the Union matters.
Experienced with New Product / Project Launch.
Expert on LEAN implementation.
Experienced with capacity planning HC and machineries.
Familiar with TPS (Toyota Production System)
Familiar with SAP ERP system.
