About the Department

The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Our team of Human Resources specialists are guided by four employee commitments: do what is right, build meaningful careers, make a real difference and lead by positive example.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers to determine the staffing needs of the company.
  • Ensure to use the right criteria to find the best candidates.
  • Use professional networking sites and social media platforms to get in touch with the best available candidates.
  • Planning the interview and selection process including screening calls, interviews.
  • Collect, process, and analyze the information about candidates
  • Ensuring the job descriptions properly define the needs of the company.
  • Analyze previous branding initiatives of the company and help optimize the future ones.
  • Participate inany events to work directly with potential recruits.
  • Help with the creation and organization of the recruitment events.
  • Analyze trends to forecast the quarterly and annual hiring needs by the departments.
  • Establish long-term relations with potential and previous candidates who may later fill new positions.
  • Managing all the recruitment administration paperwork

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree any major

2. Experiences in recruitment area for at least 5 years, Banking industry is preferable

3. Good in communication both in Bahasa & English

4. Understand recruitment business process

5. Can do attitude and adaptable with dynamic condition

6. Responsive and can work under preassure
