We have now released our powerful content library of more than 80,000 videos into our mobile app in June 2019, and the company has just received seed funding from investors. We are about to embark on a hyper-growth phase to accelerate learning outcomes for K-12 students in Indonesia.
We are looking for a Recruitment Intern who has an interest in education technology or online learning. The Recruitment Intern responsible to assist in recruitment activities to attract the best candidates and support other HRD daily activities.
What You Will Be Doing
Assist in day to day recruitment activity (e.g.: screening candidates, pre-screening phone interviews, testing & scoring, arrange a schedule for a user interview
Assist in HR functions and or projects as required
Make a weekly status report on all recruitment activities to Head of Talent Acquisition
Minimum Qualifications
Final year student or a fresh graduate from Human Resource Management, Psychology, or other major related
Have knowledge about psychological test and interview skill is a plus
Able to work with target and to meet tight deadlines
