Job Overview:
Over-all responsibility is project execution of Associate Document Controller procedures activities.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Responsible for recording incoming and outgoing Drawing and Document in Document Control system.
Ensuring timely distribution as per distribution matrix
Basic Qualifications :
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Software.
Communication skill and good teamwork.
At least 1 Year working experience related to document control or administration area.
Education senior high school
