Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Manage all F&B Department and day-to-day (4 outlets and 1 meeting room) operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
  • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
  • Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
  • Planning and strategy of FB organization and operation
  • Maintaining high Level of HACCP standard of FB daily operation

Work Experience

Qualification :

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer contact skills
  • Results and service oriented with an eye for details
  • Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
  • A team player & builder
  • A motivator & self-starter
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry
  • Pre-opening/Re-opening hotel experience is an advantage
