Your Role:

Milli Q Lab water solution, our lab water system products, is part of the Applied Solution business of Merck Chemicals And Life Sciences Indonesia. We areseeking a Field Sales Specialist for Milli Q Lab water solution for placement in Jakarta and greater area. In this role, you will be required to execute the sales plan to consistently achieve the sales targets established. Deliver solid presentations as it relates to strategy and/or business review meetings and planof actions at the segment market and territory appointed. You will be also required to build a good relationship will all business partner and key account customer

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in any majors, background in life science-related ispreferred (Chemist, Pharmacy, Biology, & Biomedical Science).
  • Having experience min 3 year as sales and/or marketing in chemical or life science industry is preferred or an experience in sales equipment (instrument) business e,g Trace Element Analyser (AAS, ICP etc), Chromatography technology (HPLC, LC, IC, etc), spectrophotometer or Purified water system
  • Lab users with intensive experience in using Milli Q products, are welcomed to apply.
  • Solid in market knowledge of life science and chemicals business are preferred.
  • Having sales competency is preferred,which includes selling skills, relationship building, call planning, territory development, follow-up and closing skills.
  • Experience in preparing and implementing tactical business plans at territory level and account level is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skill and capability of establishing relationships at all appropriate account levels.
  • Ability to work in a team and matrix organization.
  • Good learning agility and excellent working attitude.
  • Having a driver license and able to commute or travel outside Jakarta
  • Willing for placement in Jakarta
