Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Mempelajari dan paham mengenai product knowledge
  • Memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan yang baik dan benar mengenai produk dan beauty
  • Bertanggung jawab menjawab seluruh komentar dan pertanyaan di IG dan WhatsApp official dalam jangka waktu dan target yang telah ditentukan
  • Memastikan tidak ada komentar atau pertanyaan yang tidak terjawab

Requirements:
  • WAJIB mempunyai pengetahuan yang luas mengenai beauty (skincare/makeup)
  • Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman 1-2 tahun sebagai customer service
  • Memiliki semangat kerja yang tinggi
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan kemauan yang tinggi
  • Lebih disukai fasih berbahasa Inggris.
  • Bersedia kerja di weekend/public holiday
