We are looking to hire strategy consultants to be part of growing our footprint and presence in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Our organisation in Southeast Asia is today consisting of six markets with a mission to assist Swedish companies to develop and grow their business in the region and we are now looking for a new colleague to further strengthen our team in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The rapidly increasing spending power, the tech-savvy population and Indonesia´s massive public investments create great business opportunities for Swedish companies within a wide range of industries. Since Ericsson first came to Indonesia in 1907, many other Swedish companies have followed. Today, around 100 companies with ties to Sweden are active in Indonesia – and many are exploring this exciting and important market. In addition, there are a large number of Indonesian companies and partners which also represent Swedish products and technologies. Working for Business Sweden is a varied job in which you will encounter many types of client and service. Work ranges from complex strategic deals to smaller operational projects and clients vary from multinationals to small family-owned businesses.
As an Associate you will work in project teams, alongside our experienced consultants and project managers and you will support and deliver projects with leading Swedish companies in their international expansion journeys. The projects involve growth strategies and market entry cases, sales acceleration support, government affairs and stakeholder analysis, as well as operational hands-on support.
You will interact with many stakeholders ranging from clients, governmental agencies, colleagues and team members.
As an Associate you work and live on site in the country you are positioned. You report to the office manager and work as a part of the consultancy team.
