Melakukan proses Cascading KPI

Melakukan pengembangan (development & updating) terhadap content Performance Management (PM) & Quality Management (QM) secara periodik

Berkoordinasi dengan setiap pimpinan unit dalam menyusun jadwal audit/cross audit dan monitoring pelaksanaan PM-QM

Menganalisis isu/data/informasi baru yang berdampak pada strategi
Pendidikan minimal S1 dengan IPK minimal 3.00, diutamakan jurusan Manajemen/ Teknik Industri

Memiliki pemahaman mengenai proses bisnis

Customer Service Orientation

Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang terkait
