Job Description

You will provide end-to-end advisory and overlay point-of-views and industry insights onto the research and analyses provided by the project teams, and seek to formulate innovative technology-enabled solutions to address our clients’ business needs.

Contributes to the development of solution architectures in a specific business, especially digital healthcare, digital payment, IoT, infrastructure, or functional areas.

Identifies and evaluates alternative architectures and the trade-offs in cost, performance, and scalability.

Produces specifications of cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers, and interfaces, for translation into detailed designs using selected services and products.

Supports a change program or project through the preparation of technical plans and application of design principles that comply with enterprise and solution architecture standards.

Monitors the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies.

Creates reports and technology roadmaps and shares knowledge and insights with others.

Designs components using appropriate modeling techniques following agreed architectures, design standards, patterns, and methodology.

Creates multiple design views to address the concerns of the different stakeholders of the architecture and to handle both functional and non-functional requirements, including proof of concept (POC).

Reviews, verifies and improves own designs against specifications.

Contribute to the development of new go to market services and contributes knowledge on relevant verticals.

Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support
A good honors Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines.

Passionate builder with demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly

A challenger with a technical sales mindset. Understands success is achieving sales targets and scaling the business.

A self-motivated, passionate individual who thrives in the customer-facing business development environment.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced sometimes unclear environment and change priorities. Will take charge not wait for instruction/direction.

Minimum 4 years of experience customer-facing and hands-on technical experience working with Applications, Compute/Storage/Database.

Demonstrable professional experience in software development in languages like C, C++, PHP, NodeJS / Javascript, Python.

Experience working with RESTful API and general service-oriented architectures

Practical experience deployment with Database, administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting on one or more of the following: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle.

Worked in a customer-facing (external or internal), consulting role or project organization delivering IT solutions

Proven experience in certain industry vertical e.g. Healthcare, Finance, Energy, Telco, Retail, Manufacturing, Fintech, etc

Hands-on experience leading software development teams, building microservice architectures, such as projects in the software development or Internet industries

Experience with services related to core service, AI/ML highly desirable, Machine Learning, IoT, Cloud Computing are preferred.
