Develop and support LFP partners, monitor sales funnel, manage sales cycles from prospects to a deal, assist in CRM. Be responsible for achieving country LFP performance target and KPI.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Seek out new opportunities and expands and enhances existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline in specialty area.
· Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position company’s products and services better
· Responsible for achieving/managing quarterly, half yearly or yearly quota.
· Enters opportunities in pipeline tools and updates them weekly. Recommends and Implements Pipeline management practices.
· Identifies customer requirements, matches with company capabilities, and chooses respective company supply chain accordingly (Direct or Indirect).
· Reviews and designs Singapore Production sales policy and strategy.
· Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
· Contributes to proposal development, negotiations, and deal closings.
· Work closely with and supports partners, providing technical expertise and support, and participating in client engagements up to C- level engagements for more complex solutions
· Focus on growing contractual renewals for mid-size accounts with some complexity, to higher-total contract- value renewals.
· Interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solutions development.
· Build sales readiness and reduce client learning curve through effective knowledge transfer in area of specialization.
· Identify problem statement and resolve the issue strategically and tactically
· Drive sustainability initiative for the region and create a strategy to monetize sustainability for both Design and Production portfolio
· Drive brand engagement activities with various stakeholders including marketing to advocate sustainability prints
· Be the change maker to drive growth for company

- Hardware, supplies and services revenue / sell through / sell out
- Recurring revenue /sell through/ sell out
- Sales cycles in funnel

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
- At least 5 year working experience and 3 years in workflow production printing industry
- Knowing large format graphic industry and commercial graphic market
- Prefer account sales, channel sales, product specialist or system consultant experience
- Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
- Basic office software, esp. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
