Job Requirement

  • Pendidikan S1 Akuntansi
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Staff AP minimal selama 1 tahun diutamakan dari FMCG
  • Memahami dan familiar dengan SAP System
  • Teliti, dapat bekerja dalam team dan komunikasi baik.
  • Dapat mengolah data menggunakan Ms Excel

Job Description

  • Melakukan Validasi atas transaksi AP tercatat sesuai dengan harga pembelian, volume pembelian, serta barang dan jasa sudah diterima oleh perusahaan.
  • Memastikan seluruh posting AP dilakukan tepat waktu
  • Berkoordinasi dengan team purchasing, gudang dan team AP HO serta Cabang untuk memastikan transaksi sudah tercatat sesuai GL account
  • Membuat laporan terkait aging report
  • Membuat CDV sesuai dengan jatuh tempo pembayaran vendor
