What you’ll be doing:

    • Involve on all renovation project and maintaining site for HappyFresh Supermarket
    • Manage & Mantain the pest control vendor
    • Manage & Mantain dispose vendor
    • Manage & Mantain security vendor
    • Prepare and Manage all procurement for stationery, uniform, thermal bag, etc (work directly with Dark Store Manager and Head of Supply Chain and logistic)
    • Manage & Mantain electricity and vendor payment
    • Making checklist for General Affair things (Can be add or change as time needed)
    • Input and recap for petty cash report all HappyFresh Supermarket including for bills checking
    • Making monthly forecast payment for all HappyFresh Supermarket - (such as: contractor, mobile device, etc)
    • Setting forecast of petty cash if there is any Dark Store Manager whom requested to finance
    • Prepare and submitted request payment for all vendor
    • Making Purchase Order Asset if there any HappyFresh Supermarket needed (such as : scanner barcode, basket supply, rak susun, etc)

What we're looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree from any field
    • 2+ years’ work experience as GA
    • Excellent communication and organizing skills
    • MUST be flexible to work in Jabodetabek area since we have Dark Store in some areas
    • Temporary will be under Contract based for 1 year (will reviewed if we will move to permanent employment) for HappyFresh Supermarket.
