About the Role
As a Growth Marketing for GoClub, you’ll take the wheel in creating and translating marketing strategies into growth marketing initiatives for Gojek’s loyalty program. By analyzing and understanding user behaviors, product preferences and market trends, you’ll target and strategize the best approach for each of our diversified user bases through various experiments and marketing channels. Reporting to the GoClub Marketing Head, you’ll design and roll out all of GoClub’s growth marketing campaigns, track and monitor all GoClub marketing streams performance to give analysis and insight to sharpen the overall marketing strategy. You’ll drive the conversations surrounding product feature program designs and offer your expert input in these discussions. As GoClub is a relatively new product, you’ll have ample opportunity to build your marketing ideas from the ground up, ultimately designing the most beloved, beneficial, and enjoyable loyalty program in Southeast Asia.
What You Will Do
Develop GoClub’s growth marketing strategy, then translate these plans into clear directions (OKRs and roadmap) in efforts to scale the brand and business
Develop meaningful customer segments to drive relevant engagements for growth and efficiency
Shape growth, experiment design programs, and deliver campaigns that support GoClub all marketing streams (i.e Product Marketing, Brand Activation, In-App Marketing)
Lead Growth campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
Actively generating analysis, insight and learning to generate powerful, actionable insights that drive growth for GoClub
Create an effective marketing dashboard which combines all of marketing performance data from all marketing streams; in-app, owned media, paid media, etc.
Actively collaborate across functions & streams as needed (i.e. Strategic and Planning, Research, Business Intelligence, CRM, Creative, and Product Manager) on creating experiment and Growth initiative
What You Will Need
At least 3 years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, brand strategy, research and any other related fields.
Experience with experimenting on different modeling techniques (supervised and unsupervised learning) and develop data visualization for data stories
Able to work independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment
Familiar in SQL Impact-driven and focused on driving key business metrics
User-centric, and familiarity with Gojek’s user metrics is a plus
Have knowledge and experience working in loyalty program and on demand services is a plus
Familiar setting up dashboard di tableau/metabase is a plus
About the Team
Our GoClub team, a family of 13 people based in Jakarta, Indonesia, manages Gojek’s loyalty program. As a SuperApp, Gojek covers many daily use cases, from food delivery to bill payments. GoClub uses gamification and a tiered program to reward our users for their loyalty to the platform; in all that we do, we strive to increase the user loyalty by putting our customers at the forefront of all our decisions.
We started with a single goal of building the most beloved loyalty program in Southeast Asia back in 2020. After months of ideation and collaboration with stakeholders from the Product, Engineering, Research, Design, Creative Lab teams, among others, we’ve since rolled out over 10 exclusive perks and promotions to our users. Currently, our team has been busy working on various improvements to the products and program, including the addition of features that will enhance the user experience, and devising new promotions from our strategic partners.
Because of the remote working situation, we substitute in-person team hangouts with regular online “Jam Ekskul” sessions, in which we allocate time to share personal stories and even play online games together. Once the pandemic is over, we’re most excited to meet up as a team and have a long-overdue team dinner.
