GM Human Resources – Manufacturing

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on manufacturing building materials. As expansion continues, our client is seeking human resources professionals with at least 20 years of experience with a multinational company for the job of GM Human Resources (Industrial Relations & External Affairs). The job is based in Bogor, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

Directly reports to CEO
Advise senior management on (strategic) HR and Industrial Relations matters
Defining and building the right company culture and employee mindset
Managing employee relationships through counseling for preventive action
Coordinate the implementation of employee programs and employee relations
Review and revise company regulations /(PP), and labor-related policies and procedures
Build constructive relationships between all stakeholders both internally and externally
Facilitate and maintain good working relationships with relevant government bodies, other industry bodies, and external parties
Monitor internal and external labor relations trends and provide relevant recommendations
Maintain and update all labor-related policies and procedures and ensure the enforcement and adherence of these policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's Degree from relevant programs from top universities
Minimum of 20 years experience in HR industrial relations and external affairs
Have good knowledge of Indonesia labor laws, rules & regulations, solicitor, and contract drafting
Have good knowledge in interpersonal skills, conflict management and collaboration skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
Has a high level of integrity, sound analytical thinking and self-driven
Able to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines
Understand well the labour law
Excellent leadership and people skills
Strong organisational skills in strategy, communication at all levels and execution
