Job Description

1. Responsible to regulate and attend queries of the future student's parents regarding with consultation, admissions, and also manage the admissions process, maintain relationship and offer the right program for the parents.

2. Receiving and respond the complaints, request or queries with the objective of providing high level of customer service and customer relationship building.

3. Deliver the right education solution advice and a high level of customer service.

4. Develop and maintain data of students enrolled with 100% accuracy.

5. Maintain files of students for admissions and develop schedules for entry tests within defined timelines.

6. Process the cases of students admissions.

7. Create the program for get the parents attention.

8. Grab and maintain data of the potencial future student's parents.
Bachelor degree of all majors.

Prefered to have experience on marketing/sales area.

Have good communication and interpersonal skill.

Good listener and emphatize.

Interest to communicate and talk with others.

Can handle various personality and emotions of parents.

Able to persuading and negotiating parents. Can work under target.

Problem solver.
