Our Great Opportunity

We are now looking for a Service Delivery Line Manager that will ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient service delivery.


This position will support service sales directly or indirectly via the unit resources as you understand and align with the overall service delivery processes, models, and strategies.


You will have a role in the line organization (the operational organization), with the purpose to lead their area of responsibility aligned with the instructions. You will collaborate to ensure that work is executed within the scope of OHS requirements.


All activities in the Ericsson group are performed under the responsibility of one or more Line Managers. Line Managers act per the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote Ericsson's values, ethics and culture of the organization to ensure excellent performance.

You will

  • Leading NOC team for Manage Service account in Indonesia

  • Deliver Fault Management Process & task are followed and executed accordingly

  • Manage the 24 hours Operation Centre & the OSS Operations team

  • Manage second level Core, Radio, Transmission, IP, VAS and IMS network

  • Deliver support to the first level Field team for quick outage resolution

  • Takes care of Network related complaints from Customer Service team

  • Deliver all planned work request on activities that includes first level analysis, acquire concurrence, approval notification, follow up on cases of deferment or adjustment and subsequently supervising the update and closure

  • Deliver results & meeting customer expectations, drive a consulting attitude, promote a continuous improvement culture and focus on our customers

  • Manage unit finance with specific focus and delivering agreed Sales & Margins

  • Drive project finance improvements via initiative and delivery quality


To be successful in this role you must have

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of Telecommunication industry, or Master Degree or equivalent through experience

  • Proven track of minimum 15years of experience to build a productive work environment for own organization, experienced in Drive Performance Management, Competence, and Resource Management (Process)

  • Superb communication skills with a customer service attitude both in English and Bahasa

  • Excellent skills in Customer Management, Team Leading, Collaborations and Order to Manage Projects
