Job Purposes :
Responsible for data processing, analysis, and interpretation of data using statistical analysis tools to provide information needed to support the activities and performance of the Customer Operations team.
Data Management :
Provide Ad-hoc analysis or data related to CS KPI Metrics.
Provide and maintain all data related to CS KPI Metrics.
Perform calculations on the number of employees in the Customer Operations team.
Validate Agent Management Bucketization Result & Analysis.
Validate and process Agent Incentive Rewards & Certification
Reporting :
Ensure all Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports related to CS KPI are sent properly and on time.
Provide Customer Feedback Analysis related to Campaign & Marketing to the Campaign & Marketing Team
Min. Bachelor Degree in any major
Min. 1 Year exp as Data Analyst
Understand the use of programming languages SQL, Python, R Programming, or other statistical analysis tools.
