Job Description

Job Purposes :
Responsible for data processing, analysis, and interpretation of data using statistical analysis tools to provide information needed to support the activities and performance of the Customer Operations team.

Data Management :
  • Provide Ad-hoc analysis or data related to CS KPI Metrics.
  • Provide and maintain all data related to CS KPI Metrics.
  • Perform calculations on the number of employees in the Customer Operations team.
  • Validate Agent Management Bucketization Result & Analysis.
  • Validate and process Agent Incentive Rewards & Certification
Reporting :
  • Ensure all Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports related to CS KPI are sent properly and on time.
  • Provide Customer Feedback Analysis related to Campaign & Marketing to the Campaign & Marketing Team
Min. Bachelor Degree in any major

Min. 1 Year exp as Data Analyst

Understand the use of programming languages ​​SQL, Python, R Programming, or other statistical analysis tools.

Understand statistical and mathematical concepts.

Able to visualize data.

Able to use machine learning
