Execute delivery of features, including feature priorities, milestones and delivery dates based on vision.
Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clarity on objective and execution details for all stakeholders.
Integrate research and data analysis into product requirement.
Launch product improvements on a regular basis, including complex algorithm improvement.
Measure key metrics that inform the success of products.
Work with multiple teams in delivering product excellence for features

Requirements:

Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager or similar role
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience is welcome to apply or at of experience at top-tier tech or engineering firms, or a credible and strong in building or growing a business.
At least Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Design, or other fields from top local or overseas universities with strong academic results, is a plus.
Solid technical background with and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies; with an aptitude for solving complex problems.
Excellent and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors. Have a strong willingness to learn and adapt to change quickly.
Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership, a bias for action, and a can-do attitude.
Team player with proven abilities to navigate stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
Able to in English and Indonesia, via a verbal and written medium.
