Job Description

Key roles & Responsibilities:

  • Order processing from customer and to supply point.
  • Coordination with logistic and warehouse service provider.
  • Interaction, visiting and engagement with customer key contacts.
  • Business administration and documentation follow up.
  • Proactively suggest any improvement day-to-day operations.
  • Complain handling and NCM follow up.
  • Ensure business administration process without disruption.
  • Periodically or day-to-day inventory and delivery monitoring.
  • Alternate contact point to ensure business/operation continuity.
  • Support all documents and administrations required by customers.


Specific Knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Interpersonal skill.
  • Basic operation and supply chain.
  • Basic SAP knowledge and or spreadsheet data management.
