Recruit, onboard, and manage long-tail partners such as influencers / Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), media publications, and Facebook (FB) groups as part of the Shopee Ambassador Program
Explore new trends, initiatives, and special pushes to encourage user-generated content from mass long-tail partners to uplift affiliates performance
To be the hybrid person for Shopee Ambassadors engagement – especially on affiliate links, conversions, and ad hoc brand/sponsorship collaboration
Constantly monitor individual partner’s performance and work closely to optimize affiliates KPIs (Key Performance Indicator)
Manage all communication and relationship of individual partners
Execute all affiliate BAU (Business As Usual) communications, including EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), visuals, and content
Track partner’s payments and manage all invoices and documentation for long-tail affiliates
Enrolled in Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field
Confident communicator, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Familiar with online marketing/affiliate marketing landscape and various ad formats
Self-starter, fast learner and a team player
