Job Description

Manage the day-to-day cafe activities, and implement the cafe specific marketing strategy for their respective category.

Act and serve as cafe champions and owners and strategies to match up to the formulation and direction established by the marketing leadership

Assisting to translate cafe strategies as defined in the marketing plan into brand plans, brans positioning and go-to-market strategies

Execute and deliver on time launch promotion support
Must possess a Bachelor's degree (S1) at Business, Marketing, Management, or other related major

Have a good experience in operation and co-ordination of various food and beverage department

Keeps aware of trends in beverage service in the cafe field through trade literature and actual visits

Have a good client relation with agent tour

Strong communication

Strong project management and team management skills
