About the Role
Your role is important to maintain Go-food as a product brand across marketing, content, and advertisement collaterals. A consistency and someone who is self-driven and wants to collaborate as a team will consider for this role. You will expect to lead our Go-food content across the East Java-Bali-Nusa Tenggara (EJBN) region. Your skills will be shaped by being involved through content monetization ideas and how to maintain content quality at the same time. You are responsible for an end-to-end process of operational-related content; including but not limited to commercial and excellence activities.
What You Will Do
Responsible for all content-related Ops activity in the EJBN region, including but not limited to promo and regular campaign, basic inquiries, and outlet management
Create and maintain frequent collaboration with other stakeholders in order to ensure all requests are well-executed
Involved in content tracking and report progress, issues, and implemented strategies with Head of Content
Responsible to lead a team in order to achieve team goals and performance
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Communication/Management/Business
At least 3 years working experience in Content Ops or Content reviewer, with 1-year experience in leading a team
Able to perform negotiation skills respectfully with Stakeholders and leadership skills
Familiarity with operating Google drive, spreadsheets, presentations, etc
Able to write and communicate in English in order to manage content review and liaising with stakeholders in daily basis
