Job Description

  • Ensure the quality of resolution for all queries / requests received via calls and / or service request tool. Log and discuss employee feedback with supervisor in order to improve services experience and ensure high level of customer (employee) satisfaction
  • Ensures the accuracy of the support / resolution provided by reviewing the support / resolution before it delivered
  • Knowing how to measures the performance as individual
  • Proactively improve proficiency and productivity and drives consistent work quality
  • Having knowledge of HR function, processes and application to maximizes efficiencies and effectiveness of services
  • Ensures that Helpdesk practice is always aligned to the mission / vision
  • Performs additional duties assigned, as and when required, especially when relevant to the role or future skill development

Requirement

At least Bachelor Degree in any field

Have a good communication skill

at least 1 year of experience as Helpdesk

fluent in English is an advantage.

Willing to be located in Jakarta
