Job Description

  • To help export orders execution & as Back up Local CS function.
  • To manage order entry and effective end to end execution of Domestic Indonesia orders.
  • Help manage and optimize specific distributors in the countries to ensure sustainable routes to market are utilized as well as achieving the most up-to date market intelligence. Set targets for the distributors and monitor/manage delivery on a regular basis.
  • To minimize the working capital utilized in the oleochemical business by working with customers to the optimum payment terms, and to ensure timely repayment. To work with IDSP teams to reduce inventory and minimize non-performing inventory.
  • To assist with all customer related enquiries including for shipment resolution, customer complaint handling, new business enquiries etc.
  • To complete all reporting requirements including for customer meetings, monthly reports as well assisting in budget preparation

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Having min 1 year working experience according to the job descriptions
  • Must Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
  • Willing to be located in Medan (Oleochemical)
