Job Description


JOB SUMMARY


To monitor daily operation and support student recruitment by generating number of potential applicants in order to enhance committed number.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inbound : Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
  • Outbound : call leads data based on data assigned
  • Management and resolve customer complaints
  • Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system (Salesforce)
  • Identify and escalate issues to Manager
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
  • Process Inquiry to Salesforce system
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Follow up for sales activities such as Invite for Open House / other event / other activities
  • Upsell products and services
  • Complete call logs and reports and Other duties as assigned


Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in related fields
  • 3 years experienced in related field, in Education Industry or Hospitality will be advantage
  • Understand the business acumen, good communication skill and has a good persuasive skill.
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Great active listening skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • A patient and empathetic attitude
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Computer literacy
  • Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, sales, technical support or another area
