Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the user growth of TikTok overseas e-commerce in Southeast Asia and formulate and implement product growth strategies based on national characteristics;
2. Taking e-commerce GMV as the ultimate goal, responsible for the key goals of the entire user life cycle including the number of new customers, repurchase rate, and customer unit price
3. Combining the phased goals of each country's business, work closely with cross functions to accumulate the country's innovative user growth capabilities, and ultimately achieve the business goals
4. Regional scope covering multiple countries in the SEA region

We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of ByteDance products. Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals and notifications
Qualifications
1. BA/BS degree, 5 years of professional experience in a user growth role involving media buy, performance ads strategy, product growth

2. Be interested in exploring the commonalities and differences in the needs of users under different cultural backgrounds.
3. Energetic self-starter and quick learner with strong organizational, communication, and XFN collaboration skills; ability to perform under pressure.
4. Excellent quantitative skills and the ability to work with key metrics and data.
5. Bilingual Chinese and English as the working language.
