About the Role


As Manager, Internal Communications, you will be responsible for GoTo Financial’s internal communications channels and programs, ensuring that we become a great place to work where employees are informed and engaged at all levels.

  • Increased employee trust and satisfaction toward GoTo Financia’s practices
  • Improved information intake and engagement
  • Good overall feedback on HR/PAC surveys, townhall surveys, focus group discussions and others.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee GoTo Financial’s internal communication channels and programs in close coordination with Head of Internal Communications
  • Work with Gojek and Tokopedia’s internal communications team in ensuring standardization of internal communications metrics across all business units in GoTo through development of internal policies and playbooks
  • Support executive communications including e-mails, townhall support, internal campaigns and other communications, as well as amplification of global communications / campaigns (anniversaries, reward programs, etc.)
  • Coordinate with all relevant parties during the development and approval process for content (e.g. townhalls, announcements, engagement activities, newsletters, etc.)
  • Internal channel management and content development, monitoring, and evaluation, including but not limited to Zoom, Slido, Slack, intranet, Asana, MailChimp, Workday, and internal communications’ email account
  • Assist with high-level special projects that are urgent in nature both at GoTo Financial and at the GoTo Group

What You Will Need

  • At least 6 years of experience in communications, especially in internal communications
  • High proficiency in developing bilingual (English and Indonesian) content for various settings: storyboard and video script, talking points, visually appealing presentations, blog posts, social media posts, articles, internal notes, memorandums to SOPs.
  • The ability to translate more complicated issues into digestible narratives
  • Strong project management skills and multitasking proficiency, including handling multiple projects in a matrix organization
  • Confidence and persuasive skills to manage multiple senior stakeholders
  • Leadership, communications skills and cultural sensitivity to manage a multicultural team in a largely virtual setting
  • Proactivity and self-drive to complete tasks and achieve targets with minimum supervision

  • It will be a plus if you:
  • have internal communications track record
  • have basic to intermediate video editing, photography or graphic design abilities
  • are well versed in platforms such as Zoom, GSuite, Slido, Workday, Asana, MailChimp, intranet, Zoom and others
