Job Description

Location: Indonesia Department: Commercial Location: Indonesia Job Description
  • Identifying the potential brands to be onboarded into retail
  • Understand market trends, competitors activities and holistic approach
  • Approaching and presenting to prospecting suppliers
  • Ensure on price competitiveness
  • Do assortment selection
  • Develop sales and profitability projection
  • Negotiation on trading term supports and promotion deals
  • To propose, review and finalized the Retail agreement and trading term and assures alignment with category, finance and legal team
  • To train suppliers operational issues and standard operating procedures
  • Create information on stores and SKU creation, aligned with brands
  • Raise initial order
Job Requirements
  • Experienced as Category manager for min of 5-6 years
  • Ex Category / Buyer/ Merchandising Manager in modern trade / ecommerce
  • Experienced handing FMCG
  • Strong Negotiation skill
  • Good Communication and Presentation skills
  • Leadership skill
  • Target Oriented
  • Fast paced, multi tasking, high adaptability
  • Analytical and Reporting skills
  • Extensive networks with brands/FMCG suppliers
