About the Role
If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic team and an opportunity to dive deep into projects on creative project production, look no further. As our Video Editor (Motion Designer) for Creative Lab, you’ll take the wheel in communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers through motions for Gojek. Along with designing creative assets, you will be in charge of producing creative motion concepts and resulting a complete story in video format. Working closely with content planner, you will get the chance to explore your imagination and create the best motion concepts for the projects.
What You Will Do
Gain understanding of brief and create engaging video content through the uses of graphics, designing compositions, layouts, illustrations, and/or animation
Collaborate with the content planner to create the best motion concepts
Responsible in managing all aspects of the video editing process
Work in team to create a larger design, or to complete a small portion of a big project
Keep up with a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
Explore different versions of editing treatments to provide new colors on the visual
What You Will Need
At least 1 year of experience as Video Editor or Motion Designer
Skills in Adobe design and video programs (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and some more).
Ability to understand briefs and translate them into the expected output
Ability to work well within in a team and/or independently
Capable to think of new approaches to communicating ideas to consumers and develop unique motion video concepts that convey a recognizable meaning.
Possesses trong visually-creative thinking and critical thinking skills
Ability to work on multiple projects that necessitate different working styles, with strong attention to detail
About the Team
What is Creative Labs? A bunch of creative geeks? A cult of mad scientists? The truth is… we’re a combination of both! As part of the Gojek Marketing Team, we’re made up of Project Managers, Accountants, Strategists, Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Art Director and Social Media Creatives who work together to turn business objectives into creative outputs. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, our main focus is to create the right communication - copy, visuals, medium included - to heighten user acquisition. We want to convey to as many people as possible the value of Gojek’s products in solving everyday problems - from food, transport, to payments - and easing our daily routines.
We prioritize in-depth understanding of our target audience, and craft all of our creative campaigns based on these findings. Some of these past campaigns include Foodiskon, Ramadan, “It’s OK To Be Lebay”, and J3K. Currently, our team has been working on a lot of innovation and promotional campaigns, which will help Gojek maintain our leadership in the market.
Unsurprisingly, our creative family comprises music enthusiasts, coffee connoisseurs, and movie buffs. Regardless of whether we’re working from home or the office, one of our favorite aspects of being a part of the Creative Labs fam is that we get to dress however we want!
