Job Description

Being a Community Develoment Intern will give you exposure in working with communities consisting of a wide range of Influencers to drive the community’s strategic plan/initiatives and boost engagement to the communities. You will enhance your communication skill further by having a constant business communication with the stakeholders in relations with the community projects run in C CHANNEL Indonesia.
What you will be doing on a daily basis:

Engaging our local community and ensuring C Channel has a high profile presence
Developing and implementing a communications strategy to communicate and engage all communities regularly
Designing messages and integrating with community communications
Organising and hosting events to increase brand awareness
Maintaining good relations with influencers

What we would like to see in you:

Confident and friendly in communicating with a wide range of people; a strong command of English with an interest in education.
Strong administration skills. Submit timely reports, prepare presentations and proposals as assigned. Keep good track of records and online data.
A positive, team spirit with a collaborative approach to managing projects.
Must be willing to work with flexible hours to attend meetings/activities.
Able to multi-task, prioritise and display robust time management skills.
Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
