Job Description

Develop business strategy based on business performance and user's insight
Track and conduct analysts on business performance
Address business problems and point out the actionable insight
Able to point out challenges from marketing and product part and address the solution
Lead and manage marketing campaign and projects with excellent execution in relevant channel
Provide evaluation and recommendation in every campaign or activities for further product growth
Managing the project including setting the target and budget, and track the deliverables
Collaborate with all marketing channels for excellent marketing execution
Collaborate with Product team to improve metrics conversion
Create insight for the Product team to develop the product from a user point of view

Min. 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably coming from FMCG, tech, or retail industry
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with various team background
Deep analytical skills
Have a great creativity on creating a marketing plan and activities
Proactive, high agility, able to think and execute fast, to match the competitive environment, multitasking
Have a great communication and project management skill
