Answering Incoming Calls
Handling Customer Inquiries via Phone, Email, Chat and Social Media
Providing Customers with Product and Service Information
Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
Documenting all Call Information in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Updating customer profiles into the system conduct surveys to customers to ensure the level of customer satisfaction
