About Our Client

Our client is one of the multinational and reputable securities company in Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Responsible on all of the company's legal and compliance related matters.
  • Responsible on preparing and updating on the prevailing regulations from the authorities not limited to OJK, Indonesian Stock Exchange, and KSEI.
  • Responsible on maintaining company deeds, licenses as well as the documentation of company's insurances.
  • Responsible in assisting each department on the SOP requirements.
  • Periodic and Regular review on the compliance checks for all of the department
  • Responsible on all of the regulatory and non-regulatory reporting requirement from Indonesian Stock Exchange, OJK, PT KSEI and PT KPEI
  • Responsible on the AML and KYC Procedures, not limited to only reviewing on retail customer but also institutional profiles.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Leadership Skills
  • 5+ years of working experience in Legal & Compliance, within the Stockbroking and Securities Industry.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
  • PERADI Certificate
