Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Check construction repairs on construction complaint.
  • Call Customers to update the repair progress and result.
  • Coordinate with construction department tp resolve customer complaint.
  • Monitor outstanding construction complaint.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service/relation fields.
  • Computer literate of Ms. Office with intermediate-level skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
