Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
  • Have internship experience in IT Support, IT Help desk, Service Desk Agent, or IT related
  • Familiar with MAC OS and MAC devices (MacBook, iMac)
  • Discipline, not only a timely manner but can follow SOPs
  • Good communication skill
  • Have knowledge with Customer Service skill
  • Fluent in English is a plus
