Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose the suitable and targeted KOLs
  • Maintain good relationship with KOLs
  • Negotiate the cost for KOLs
  • Arrange the meetings with brands at least once a month to update the progress for the KOLs
  • Prepare all the contracts and payments process for the KOLs
  • Maintain good relationships with fashion stylist for product placements and loans
  • Follow up the deadline for the KOLs during the contract
  • Oversee the engagement rates of the KOLs
  • Prepare the monthly and quarterly KOL reports
  • Propose the targeted and selected KOLs for the events
  • Negotiate the costs of KOLs for the event attendance
  • Send briefs to KOLs for the dos and don’ts during the events
  • Assist the KOLs before and during the events
  • Monitoring the deliverables from KOLs post event - Maintain the engagement rate from each KOL every month

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail industry would be a plus.
  • Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
  • Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.

Technical competency required:

MS Office 2010 or above
