HR System Data Management (HRIS)


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, administer, and implement HR system and database.
  • Maximizing the utilization & function of HRIS including make a new development of HRIS capabilities to support HR digitalitation
  • Coordinate with HRIS vendor to ensure best HRIS software experience
  • Coordinate with IT departement to manage and troubleshoot HR system and tools
  • Responsible for employee's absences, overtime, meal allowence, transport allowence, and employee leaves
  • Maintain employee attendance data
  • Support payroll system (working hours, shifting, time management)
  • Improve self competencies through relevant and effective training and development program


QUALIFICATION

  • Min Bachelor Degree major in Information Technology, Information System, or any related education
  • Min 5 years experience in HR application
  • Understanding of trouble shooting concepts and approaches for user equipment
  • Good knowledge in HR Data Management and HR System Management
