This function will be reporting to the Maintenance Manager and will be based at Firmenich Aromatics Indonesia Karawang Plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follows and implement Health, Safety & Environment policies/procedures
  • Follows and implement Food safety and Quality, including GMP if applicable
  • Responsible for installing, repairing, and monitoring industrial processing and production machinery
  • Performs regular preventive maintenance on equipment used in manufacturing process to ensure the successful execution of production activities
  • Performs routine maintenance procedures and helps troubleshoot and quickly repair any mechanical or electrical problems should they arise with the manufacturing processes and supporting equipment and systems in the facility
  • Working with electronic control systems including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, wiring diagram, control elements used in automated processes
  • To keep the manufacturing process 100% operational and minimize the amount of downtime
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to make the plant more efficient
  • Implement 5S and keep good housekeeping
We value:
  • Polytechnic or University with major in mechatronics, instrumentation, electronics, electrical, control
  • At least 1-year related experience in a manufacturing
  • Strong technical control, PLC, electronic & electrical aptitude
  • Above average analytical, decision making, problem solving and research skills
  • Great communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of safety precaution
