Create Functional Spesification Document (FSD) for project

Create Document Project Term of Reference Document (TOR) used to the consultant project team
Bachelor degree in Informatic Engineering, Information technology, Computer Engineering

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;

Have a knowledge about programming language such as Java, SQL, mobile programming
