1. Memonitoring kinerja tim desk collection untuk mencapaikan pencapaian target

2. Melakukan briefing tim setiap hari

3. Melakukan kordinasi dengan QA dan trainer berkaitan dengan performance tim

4. Membuat laporan daily, weekly dan monthly

1. Laki-laki/Perempuan

2. Usia maksimal 35 tahun

3. Berpengalaman sebagai Team Leader Desk Collection minimal 1 tahun (bucket depan )

4. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK

5. Memiliki Leadership yang baik

6. Bersedia join di akhir april 2022

7. Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta Selatan
