Job desc :
1. Guide our drivers and passengers in using our products
2. Manage service enquiries and disputes arising from our drivers and passengers
3. Provide excellent customer service to our customer base
4. Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with drivers and passengers
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent
2. Min 2 year call center experience
3. Comfortable working in a Call Center environment
4. Good communication skill
5. Good command in spoken and written English
6. An effective listener and troubleshooter
7. Attentive to detail and accuracy
8. Comfortable with 24/7 shifts (night shift)
