Job Description

  • Age between 25-30 years old

    ARKdesign is seeking Public Relation Secretary for immediate employment. The position, located at ARKdesign Architects, Jakarta office; which specializes in high-rise building architecture, is responsible but not limited to prepare designs, for new construction work, and/or renovation of high-rise building across Indonesia. ARKdesign is searching for candidates that have the ability to be a role model, be client-focused, be impactful and be decisive.

    Job Description

    • Receive and screen phone calls.
    • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
    • Coordinate, follow-up and monitor office-related and operational activities.
    • Provide daily administrative support to project-related matters.
    • Maintain library system.

    Requirements

    • Age between 25-30 Years Old
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Secretarial or equivalent with GPA minimum 2.75.
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required skill(s): Interpersonal skills, Teamworking skills,Time Management, Organisational skills, Public Speaking, Negotiation skills, Communication skills.
    • Required Technical Skill(s): Proficient in standard Ms. Office software, Adobe Photoshop, Computer and internet literate.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is highly advantageous.
    • Required soft skill(s): Well organized and structured work approach, discipline, neat, self-motivated and able to work independently with minor supervision, able to handle multiple tasks independently, able and eager to quickly get into new topics and acquire architecture industry specific background knowledge, open-minded.
