Job Description

  • Responsible for the overall technical design, build of the custom elements of the solution. The Technical works as a team member also Developer to deliver the complete solution for the customer.
  • Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
  • Understand customer’s business requirements for develops solution, technical environment to design the best solution for customers.

Technical Requirements :

  • Technically Understand Genesys call center system, call recording, Voip infrastructure, Legacy PBX, Genesys Reporting
  • Web Applications with Microsoft Visual Basic .NET, Microsoft Visual Studio .NET
  • Have an voice experience, omni channel, includes supporting architecture
  • Comfortable with HTML and CSS

General Requirements :

  • Any background of Educations
  • Experienced: Min 3 years previous experienced as Technical using Programming Language, Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle), software, working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in IT/Computer Software or equivalent.
