Responsibilities
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

In this role, you will be assisting Category Strategist to improve processes in Electronics category.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate category & seller performance and formulate industry strategy to support seller growth and AM long term development
  • Handle BAU troubleshooting for product and process related issues
  • Initiate Livestreaming content strategy for sellers with clear SOP instruction
  • Assist projects by analyzing painpoints and creating end-to-end processes
  • Process and analyze data to support monitoring and reporting including products, creators and live efficiency etc
Qualifications
  • Actively enrolled University student, preferably final year student
  • Actively enrolled University student, preferably final year student
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa
  • Works comfortably with Microsoft Excel and Office softwares
  • Eager to learn, initiative taker and problem-solver
  • Thrives in fast and dynamic environments
  • Meticulous, detailed oriented, and tidy at work
  • Good analytical thinker
  • Have understanding of E-commerce industry, particularly Electronics category
  • Internship experience in consulting company or other E-commerce is a plus
