Job Description

1. Assist in the project feasibility of new business opportunities by conducting market research, co-ordination with internal/ external teams to gather business assumptions;

2. Benchmarking of industrial best practices by monitoring competitors business and industrial trends including regulatory developments;

3. Liaise with counter parties/ technology providers/ vendors/ consultants/ bankers to ensure un-interrupted flows of information;

4. Co-ordinate due diligence process including NDA signing, desktop study, site visits, preparation of data room to ensure process completion within timeline;

5. Recording and filling of project information in systematic manner;

6. Reporting of project progress including tracking/ monitoring of critical items;

Job Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree from Tier 1 University with Specialization in one of the following streams Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing/ Industrial and Food Technology;
  • MBA or other professional degree/certification are the p lus;
  • 3 - 5 years of working experience in business analytics, management consultancy, manufacturing, agri - technology, commodity trading, generalist functions;
  • Exposure to Oil Palm/ Edible oil / commodity industry is a plus;
  • Must have strong analytic, excel modelling, Power Points, Project management and e ffective communication skills; 6. Team player with go get attitude, comfortable working in unstructured conditions;
  • Professional level oral and written skills in English as well as Indonesian Bahasa.
