  • Prepare monthly forecast and plan of sales activity
  • Develop strong customer relationship based on professionalism, service, quality and mutual trust and respect as well as ensure that all prospective customers have full information on Otis product and their performance
  • Perform necessary efforts to ensure that Otis is invited to participate in every tender for elevators and/or escalators/travolators.
  • Prompt response to unsolicited incoming calls, e-mail & fax from customers.
  • Review customer’s requirements (technical specification, special tender requirements, contract conditions, general conditions of sales and other provisions).
  • Involve in tender clarification, presentation of Otis products or negotiation with customers and take actions to influence customers to design projects in accordance with Otis specification.
  • Check sales margin booked with New Equipment Sales Head Department (TSP).
  • Review the proposal completely, cost estimation from estimator, target selling price, margin booked and get the approval from New Equipment Sales Head Department / management based on authorization matrix.
  • Submit sales proposal to customer and conduct follow up negotiations to ensure timely closure on the maximum possible number of opportunities.
  • Update the negotiation status report, follow SIP and NES procedure.
  • Keep a good filling system for projects in negotiation and secured project.
  • Monitor the secured project activity : letter of award, down payment, technical approval and contract agreement. Ensure the job transfer to Contruction Department is clear and on time.
  • Responsible to issue the import purchase order, review the COD and getting approval from New Equipment Sales Head Department to receiving the order confirmation.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor product, pricing and marketing activities and keep New Equipment Sales Head Department informed so that appropriate strategy could be developed.
  • Adapt to workload requirements and be ready to work beyond official working hours as may be required seasonally
  • Operate within the code of ethics established by the company, which is also the Otis code of ethics. Promptly report any doubtful situation to the company B.P.O.
  • Strictly and fully comply to all company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed, written desk procedures for all key tasks and processes relevant to the job’s duties and responsibilities.
  • Understand K3 aspect and use work equipment accordance with procedure
