Job Description

Qualifications :

  • Minimum education S1 All Major, Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Female, maximum age 30 years.
  • Can use all Microsoft applications and SAP systems
  • Proficient in English. If you can speak Mandarin is a plus
  • Responsible, thorough, neat and agile at work, and can work well in a team
  • Honest, diligent, have initiative and high spirit
  • Have good communication and negotiation skills
  • Placement at Branch office, Central Jakarta

Job Descriptions :

  • Communicating with suppliers for ordering goods, payments, documents, and setting delivery schedules.
  • Manage documents and customs clearance on time
  • Help take care of the necessary import requirements, for example: SKI to BPOM
  • Make a report in excel
