IT Specialist job description should contain the following requirements and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimal 3 or more years of web developer experience.
Excellent in develop Web Application (Frontend & Backend) according to users’ requirements.
Familiar with LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL & PHP) working environment.
Familiar with online payment system and related vendors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
